PHASE I – PREPARATION

While every journey is different, the most begin with a cleanse. Clients participate in Phase I, a 24-hour residential program under medical supervision, for the first three to four weeks of therapy. Clients can start the process of physical and mental recovery at this essential phase, which offers stability and support. Additionally, it gets them ready for the following phase of long-term recuperation maintenance.

Phase II - Action

Phase II allows the client to choose between a non-residential or residential setting, which is an improvement over Phase I in terms of addressing the root causes of their addiction and easing them into self-sustained recovery. Phase II lasts for approximately 2-3 weeks, during which time the client is either placed on a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Track or a Mental Health Treatment Track.

Phase III - Maintenance

The final step is putting the information obtained into practice and leaving full-time therapy. This entails continuing group and one-on-one treatment while gradually cutting back on the number of sessions. Additionally, it entails gaining the life skills required for success. This stage typically lasts 6 to 8 weeks.
